Post Sorry for the dumb question. Can't get Mig Working!
Hello,

I am using NB 6.8, JavaFX.

When I paste in a simple example referencing Miglayout, NB says it can't find the symbol.

I have tried adding both jar files individually, and as a library. Some of those tried are:

miglayout-3.7.jar
miglayout-3.7.2.jar
miglayout-3.7.2-sources.jar
miglayout-3.7.2-swing.jar
miglayout-3.7.2-swing-java14.jar
miglayout-3.7.2-swt.jar
JFXtras-0.5.jar
JFXtras Core 0.5.zip
JFXtras-Test-0.5.jar
swing-worker-1.2.jar

I read so many glowing reports on Miglayout, how easy it is to use, etc - yet NB insists I don't have it. Going nuts here.

For example, I paste in the following sample code:

Code:
Stage {
  title: "Mig Centering Test"
  scene: Scene {
    width: 200
    height: 200
    fill: Color.PINK

    content: MigLayout {
      fitParent: true
      layout: "fill"
      migContent: MigNode {
        constraints: "center"
        node: Rectangle {
          width: 100
          height: 100
        }
      }
    }
  }
}

and receive the error mentioned above. (Of course I right click to Fix Imports. Its almost like NB doesnt see the jar files I place in the Library path). I tried this on 2 different PCs. I'm probably not setting something up right. Thanks in advance.

PS.

Using this import:

import net.miginfocom.swing.MigLayout;

and this .jar file:

miglayout-3.7.2.jar

The compiler complains that:

incompatible types. Found : net.miginfocom.swing.MigLayout;
Required:javafx.scene.Node[]

Hello,

You need to ask this at the JFXtra forum.

Cheers,
Mikael
